To Steve&#039;s point I realise that the agencies feel hard done by by their clients but theirs is such a negative response. I would far rather they sold their clients on the merits of (for example) advanced data analytics, and sold those added value services. After all, many clients pay serious money for that sort of capability. The agencies potentially have an edge but they would rather take the easier route by confusing everyone, and trying to cash in on the confusion.]]></description>
